Phillip B. Knop

Phillip B. Knop is an associate attorney at Cordoba Law Firm, PLLC. Phillip’s focus is in litigation, which includes real estate litigation, business litigation, collections for financial institutions and probate litigation. Phillip also practices in general real estate and business law including contract review and negotiation, correcting title defects and curative work, real estate boundary disputes, landlord-tenant law, commercial and residential leases and various related legal issues. Phillip strives to ensure a strong legal relationship with his clients through communication and understanding. Phillip’s primary goal is to resolve legal issues effectively and successfully.

Prior to joining the firm, Phillip was a Sergeant in the Texas Army National Guard, where he deployed overseas as a Human Intelligence Collector. After returning from his deployment, Phillip received an Honorable Discharge and continued focusing on advancing his education. Phillip has always felt the need to give selfless service and to help others, which is the foundation he used to pursue his career as an attorney. When Phillip is not at work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Hannah. His hobbies include hunting, fishing, traveling, bike riding, and spending time with family.
